Reading MA Death, Suicide – On Tuesday, authorities responded to a serious incident at a Chili’s restaurant on Walkers Brook Drive in Reading, Massachusetts. Police were called to the scene following reports of a person’s death, which is believed to be an apparent suicide, according to police officials.
The investigation prompted a large police presence at the location; however, authorities have assured the public that there is no ongoing danger to the community. Police and fire departments remain at the scene as investigators gather evidence and conduct their inquiry.
A postal worker reported seeing a person who had been shot in the area around 12:45 p.m. The first responders found the individual deceased at the scene. The Middlesex District Attorney’s Office has been notified and is involved in the ongoing investigation.
